I am allergic to NSAIDs and aspirin. What kind of painkiller can be used?

The usual treatment for gout, a form of arthritis, includes anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS) or plain old aspirin. I am allergic to both! Is there any kind of painkiller that I might be able to use?
