    The allopurinol 045 grams then the allopurinol 045 grams then the allopurinol 045 grams then the dose would be taking drug calculations if it is 045 grams.

    You must be reading the question wrong. This cannot be calculated in tablet form.

    Assuming that he is taking .45 grams bid. Then all you have to do is figure out how many milligrams in .45 gram.
    Not a question of genius just using what you have.

    Should be 1.5 tabs
    1000mg=1gram
    0.45gram=450mg
