		<description>Yes. I severly sprained my ankle 3 years ago too. I was on crutches and had to have physical therapy for 3 months. It was iced and proped up, no exercise except for the therapy. I couldn&#039;t put much weight on at the time. To this day it still doesn&#039;t feel right when I exercise or walk alot. It&#039;s just something that is going to flair up every now and then. I&#039;ve learnt not to expect too much out of this ankle. Hope this helps!</description>
