When I was 15 years old I passed a kidney stone and supposedly it was sent out to determine what kind of stone it was. Now 15 years later I am having extreme gout like symptoms and would like to know the results so I can get proper treatment. My old family doctor retired, however I did find paperwork claiming they were sending out to get examined. This is as far as I can get. Is there any tools I can use that will be helpful? Maybe a online database if they had one back then?

An announcement in there anywhere within the local paper to destroy medical records after so many years of inactivity however.
