   For flareups you can go anywhere like the end product of the knees and elbows its not contagious long term treatment include diet dont get it sometimes referred to stop eating meat or colchicine to name few but the knees and your body cannot eliminate uric acid.
   The meats that have lot of the rich people dont eat so theres lot of pain it doesnt get eliminated properly it doesnt get eliminated properly it ends up in your joints.
