I cant take water bell like HCTZ becouse i used to have gout 3 years ago and doctor prefer not to taking coz its raise uric acid

I have had chronic pain for 8-9 years (I’m 21 yrs. old). It started in my legs and then spread throughout my body until it was head to toe muscle pain, and joint pain. The joint pain was diagnosed as Gout (an acute form of arthritis in which uric acid builds up in the body and forms as chrystals on the joints). The joint pain has reduced alot after treatment. But I have yet to find out what the muscle pain is and get it treated. I thought a while back it was fibromyalgia, I need to ask my docter about that come to think of it. When I was in junior high I went to a physical therapist and they said I had very and unusally tight leg muscles…but that’s all they could determine at that time.
So does anyone know the list of the causes of chronic muscular pain? It is very debilitating and it hurts to do anything. The pain increases when I stand (can’t for very long), walk, sit, even lie down.

She’s also had gout-like symptoms (swelling on her toe pinky). These gout-like conditions developed after the swelling on her foot. X-rays showed negative. She’s went to multiple doctors who still have yet to accurately diagnoise and provide effective treatment The last doctor claimed it to be a tendon problem (which I think it is). He said the tendons were inflamed and gave her a shot. It’s been almost a week and swelling has shown no signs of improvement. She doesn’t have arithiritis. Any ideas?
